Return Policy

The provisions of this article apply only to Customers who purchase items online from AQwaTech BV in their capacity as consumers.

The Customer has the right to revoke the agreement within a period of 14 calendar days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days after the day on which the Customer or a third party designated by the Customer, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the last good.

In addition to your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, we give you extra peace of mind: try your Penta Power products risk-free for 30 days in your own home, in your own situation. Don’t notice a difference, or not satisfied for any reason? Simply return the products within 30 days and you get your money back. You don’t have to explain why.

Products must be returned in good condition and in their original packaging. The cost of returning the goods is yours. Penta Power Jewels are made specifically for you and are therefore not covered by this guarantee.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform AQwaTech BV (Bevrijdingsweg 18, B-8480 Bekegem, info@penta-power.com, +32 (0)50 69 02 45) of its decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. in writing by post or e-mail). The Customer may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but is not obliged to do so.

To comply with the withdrawal period, the Customer must send his communication concerning his exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

De Klant moet de goederen onverwijld, doch in ieder geval niet later dan 14 kalenderdagen na de dag waarop hij zijn beslissing om de overeenkomst te herroepen aan AQwaTech BV heeft meegedeeld, terugzenden of overhandigen aan AQwaTech BV (Bevrijdingsweg 18, B-8480 Bekegem). The Customer is on time if he returns the goods before the period of 14 calendar days has expired.

The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the Customer.

If the returned product is somehow diminished in value, AQwaTech BV, reserves the right to hold the Customer liable and claim compensation for any diminution in the value of the goods resulting from the Customer’s use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Only items that are in their original packaging, together with all accessories, instructions for use and invoice or proof of purchase can be taken back.

If the Customer withdraws from the Agreement, AQwaTech BV will refund to the Customer all payments received from the Customer up to that point, including standard delivery charges, within a maximum of 14 calendar days after AQwaTech BV is informed of the Customer’s decision to withdraw from the Agreement. For sales contracts, AQwaTech BV may wait to refund until it has received back all the goods, or until the Customer has demonstrated that he has returned the goods, whichever comes first.

Any additional costs resulting from the Customer’s choice of a mode of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by AQwaTech BV shall not be refunded.

AQwaTech BV will refund the Customer using the same means of payment with which the Customer made the original transaction, unless the Customer has expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, the Customer will not be charged for such refund.

The Customer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for:

• the delivery of goods manufactured to the Customer’s specifications, or which are clearly intended for a specific person;
• the delivery of goods that spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life;
• the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been broken after delivery;
• the supply of goods which, after delivery, are by their nature irrevocably mixed with other products;
